Goal Of The Season - Season 4
Player Of The Season - Season 6

Ashley Pearce Is  A Powerful & Fast Player. He Is Confident Going Forward But Is At His Best When He Plays In a Defencive Role. Most Of The Time Ashley Plays As  Link Between The Defence And Attackers. Can Play With Both Feet But Favours His Right, Sometimes Reacts To A Bad Tackle From The Opposition. Dont Underestermate Him!
** * * * * * * * * *
Ashley Was A Suprise Package In The First Season, He Was Second Top Goal Scorer With 22 And Played Himself Into Valuble Link In The Gangies Machine. When He Couldnt Play The Team Missed His Voice, Ashley Is Constantly Talking, Letting Know People Know Waht They Need To Do. The Manger Was Also A Constant Encoragement For Players.
* * * * * * * * * *
In The Second Season Ashley Was The Only Gangies Member To Play In Every League Game! He Scored 19 Valuable Goals And The Defernce Really Tighted Up When He Got Into His Partnerships With Carl Nelson And Richie Lewis.
* * * * * * * * * *
Ashley Had a very mixed third season, His scoring touch seemed to disapear for long periods of the season but ended up with a disapointing, 11 from 20 Games. However his leadership and Confidence was given a great boost. After missing out so closely Ashley told the team he was to resign as Gangies Manager. the whole team got behind him and let him know that he is the best for the job in their eyes. This inspired Ashley and his defence held strong with his voice ever present. Season four will be a very interesting one for the Gangies manager who says survival is the first priority.
* * * * * * * * * *
Season 4 was all about surviving division 2 for Ashley. He consetrated on his defence and becasue of it only scored 6 goals in 20 games..However he did score goal of the season against Spartak Corus. He diefence mind helped was helped by Richie Lewis and Carl Nelson and they managed to keep Gangies in 7th. 11 points clear of the relegation zone and 5 points clear of 8th
* * * * * * * * * *
Ashley played his first season with the Gangies this season without the pressure of leading the team as the manager. Saying that Ashley voice continued to get louder and continued to direct. The perfect example being against Diamond Geezas when he played in goals and Gangies won 12-4. But Ashley became the player who no-one knew where to play him.He put in strong performances in serveral posisions but didnt look 100% in any of them.Ashley did however start to get his scoreing going again this season with a helpful 13 goals. He may be looking to top that next season but we will have to wait and see.
* * * * * * * * * *
A good personal season for the team manager. 21 goals in 20 games helped him gain player of the season for the first time, his all round play was stronger and faster then in previous seasons and his overall contribution was a definate factor in Gangies 694 avoiding relegation.  Next season Ashley will be wanting to continue his form and hope to help push Gangies 694 back towards the top of the division.
* * * * * * * * * *
Last Season No-one could argue that Ashley was the main reason Gangies 694 Stayed in Division 2.  This season Ashley was not in the limelight so much.  He struggled when a solid partner was not with him at the back and had several defensive partners with him this season. However It is fair to say that he lead the team extremly well and did contribute to the success of the team with solid tackles, blocks and some great reading of the game. This seasons Ashley became only the 4th Gangies player to score over 100 club goals.
* * * * * * * * * *
A tough season mentally on the Manager this year.  Ashley Took the desicion to move the Gangies team our of the Wednesday league and into the Thursday league.  Gangies stay at the same level but by the move taking place Richard Copp and Richie lewis can play every week. Will this move proove a success? only time will tell
* * * * * * * * * *
Season 9 was a good solid season for Ashley. Runner up in player of the season. He played 17 of the 18 games missing only the first game of the season and scored 12 times.  The passion has been on display this season in bucket loads, although he has reacted badly towards his own team members on occassions.  This will have to be the improvement from Ashley next season or he could find people not playing for him.

Who Should Start Up Front????

Carl Nelson

Date of birth - 03/06/86
Position - Defence
Prefered Foot - Left
Nationality - English

Previous Team - Ten Lambert
Gangies Caps - 156
Gangies Goals Scored - 168

Awards
Golden Boot - Season 3. 30 Goals in 26 Games
Goal Of The Season - Season 3
Player Of The Season - Season 5

Carl Is A Very Solid Defender And Can Switch Defence Into Attack At The Blink Of And Eye. His Quick Feet and His stengh Make Him A Dangerous Player and His Rocket Of A Shot Gives The Team More Options.
***************
Carlos!!!! Thats All You Need to say...Or At Least It Was. When The Gangies Started he First Season Carl Was Going To Play In Attack With Griff And Score A Hat-trick Every Game, Or At Least That Was The Plan. But It Didint Work Out Like That. Carl Found It A Lot More Comfortable In Defence Where He Partnerd Michael Hope Or Ashley Pearce. Carl Was Top Goal Scorer In The First Season With 30, 8 Clear Of Ashley & Anderw Griffiths
***************
In The Second Season Carl Decided He Wanted To Concentrate On His Defence More Than On His Goals, As Son As He Started Playing That Way The Partnership With Ashley At The Back Got Stronger and It Started A Strong artnership With Richie Lewis When He Started Playing More Often. Carl Still Managed 21 Goals In 21 Games And Was Second Highest Goal Scorer.

***************
A Good strong season for carl started shakey with a few mistakes in his game, Carl hit the ground running when talking about scoreing goals, hitting the back of the net 31 taimes all season and having first and third in goal of the season, Carl was also the runner up in Gangies player of the season. Carl was part of the best defence in division three along with his partnes Ashley and Richie. He will be looking to keep this going
***************
A solid Fourth season for Carl. He continues to improve and is Still Gangies Most Capt Player with 87 Apperances. Which Is Why Andrew Nelson and Ashley Pearce Have Named Him Captain. Carl was a solid Player All Season scoring 15 goals along the way as well. Not as many as usually for carl but enough important goals to say the least.
***************
What a season for Carl Nelson, Having personal problems off the pitch Carl had to support his younger brother at the hardest time of Andrews Life. Carl showed on the pitch all of his frustrations as form was up and down. However Carl finally got his game head on and the Gangies followed. Carl was often the man to start a goal scoring move and continued to score at a high rate Scoring 25 goals in 20 games. Carl was a solid part of the defence and he formed a good partnership with richie this season.The defence did leak more goals this season than in the last coupld but Carl will be looking to tighten things up for next seasons attack in Division 2.
 Gangies will be hoping that the knee injury Carl sustained at the end of the season will not keep him out for long and that he can return in form!
***************
On the back of winning player of the season last time out, Carl hit the ground running scoring goals and putting in solid performaces at the back. His season was crusing along with 14 goals from 16 games and suddenly Carl was out and at the moment is still out due to comitments away from the pitch.  Gangies 694 hopes to see him return to the game asap, they are a more solid outfit when he plays and his powerful long range efforts always give them an extra option.
***************
Carl Nelson came back to the team just as Richie Lewis Exited. Carl's Partnership at the back with Ashley greatly Helped Gangies and he showed he hasn't lost his goal scoring touch with 13 in 9 games. Next season Carl will be an important factor is Gangies are to be successful.
***************
This season Carl came back to the team full time and was a massive part of the success Gangies built. He played 18 games and scored 17 goals to help drive the Gangies forward. This season Carl will be looking to Push Gangies onto the next level as they face a new challenge in the Thursday league
***************
A season to forget for Carl. Season 9 saw Carl play just 6 times, With large gaps between his apperances, Carl at times looked rusty, However he played the last two games of the season and everyone could see parts of the old carl coming back. Next season will be interesting if he can play on a regular basis.

Goal Of The Season - Season 2
Goal Of The Season - Season 6
Goal Of The Season - Season 7
Goal Of The Season - Season 9
With His Deadly Left Foot. Andrew Griffiths Will Casue Any Defence Problems On His Day, Will Hit A Dry Patch During The Season But When On Form Can Score More Than his Fair Share Of Goals.
***************
The First Season Will Be Seen As A Sucess By On Lookers But As A Failuire By Andrew Himself. Whilst Other Players Would Have Been Happy With Third Top Goal Scorer Andrew Will Look Back On Missed Chances.
***************
Second Season Was Nothing Like The First, The Second Season Was Though A Season Of Ups And Downs! Andrew Got  Hat-trick In The First Game Of The Season And For The First Half Of The Season Had Over 200% Goals/Games! But Andrew Wasnt having It All His Way. His Knee Which Has Troubled Him In The Past Made Him Believe He Would Have To give Up The 5 A side Football.

But After A Few Weeks Rest Andrew Was Back In The Team And Scoring. The Only Things He will Be Disapointed With Would Be Missnig The Second Game Against Evetual League Champions Smash N Grab. Andrew Finishied The Season On 38 Goals From 20 Games.

***************
Andrews Third season with Gangies was a mixed season, Mising Games due to knee ligement damage, Andrew did not have any pressure on him to score as he had shown what he can do in season two. Andrew still managed to score 24 Goals in 15 games and came third in the golden boot award. Andrew will be loving the chance to play against the division two defences and will hope that this season he can remain injury free.
***************
The step up to the next division was harder then Andrew Expected. With Strong & harder defences and scored 17 goals in 17 games. A good scoring record and once again Andrew was in the top 3 goal scorers for the season. However a 6 week dry patch will leave Andrew wondering what could have been and have his mouth watering at the chance to do better this season. Finished the season by being the first player to score 100 goals in Gangies colours.
***************
On a personal view this could be seen as a disapointing season for Andrew. Once again he scored a goal for every games played with 15 goals in 15 games but this season for Andrew will most likly be rembered for being missing. He missed serveral games in a row in april and may and was also missing in single games at the start and end of the season due to illness. Next season Andrew has said that Division two defenders will suffer at his feet.....lets all hope so!
***************
This was a season of broken records for Gangies 694's most prolific Striker.  Andrew Became Gangies record goal scorer with 137 goals, he also became the First Gangies 694 Player to Win the Goalden Boot Award for the Second time and is now the ONLY Gangies 694 player to have been awarded goal of the season on more than one occasion! why wasnt he player of the season you ask!? Consistency. It may sound strange to say this but He can get better in that area and when he does....more records will fall
***************
After Gangies 694 managed to beat the drop, the attention was to get back into the top half. With 31 Goals in 21 Games Griff got his consistency that he has been looking for.  This season his record of Goals in one season was smashed by strike partner Jaz Wheway, But griff wont mind and the two have hit a partnership that could be comepared to Sheringham and Shearer or Yorke and Cole. They have just clicked and Thats can Only Mean Trouble for Defences next year.
***************
The move to the Thursday leagues could do two things to Andrew, Screw him up......or Make him better.  So far option two seems to be the way its going 19 goals in 14 games all season meant that griff was again scoring regualry and making a huge difference in the team.  Watch out for him this year New defenders that dont know whats coming!
***************
"The move to the Thurday Leagues could do two things for Andrew"  What was I thinking when I wrote that. Its done just won thing for him....Its made him Great! (Shhh, dont tell him I said it) Grandslam Season for Griff and once again, He is the first to do it. Player of the season, golden boot and goal of the season....Whats next for Gangies 694 record breaker? simple. just one challenge set for him this season....Get Us Promoted

Richie Lewis

Previous Team - Inter Cockett North & M.I.B
Gangies Caps - 125
Gangies Goals Scored - 34

Player Of The Season - Season 4

A Good reader of the game. Works Hard and Always looking to support the attack. Not affraid of the big games. Do not be fooled by his long hair and laid back attitude. He can hurt you!
***************
The First Season Richie Didnt Play For Gangies Due To Work, College And His Knee, He Did Make An Apperance In The Second Round Of The Cup But That Was All.
***************
The Second Season Was Better For Richie, He Played Only A Few Times In The Begginnig To see If His Knee Could Take It, But When He Knee Was Seen A Strong Enough He Played Every Week and Became An Important Part Of The Team.
***************
Richie started season three where he left off in season two. getting in the way of attackers who face Gangies 694. Richie on a few occasions did make his way up the pitch and play as a more attack minded player but showed his real quiality comes playing in a defencive role, Richie will be a valuble player in Gangies atempt to stay in division 2 and he will be looking forward to the challenge
***************
No-one could have predicted the season that Richie Lewis was gonna have. After a difficult start the to the season richie started to fall out of love with the game. Richie's knee being the source of the problem. Not wanting to do any further damage and not wanting to let the team down. Richie took a 3 game break. when returning Richie was on fire. Not putting a foot wrong. Richie was the First Gangies player to score this season. not something that would continue! he managed only 2 goals all season but with Richie at the heart of the defence and Midfield the Gangies team became increasingly difficult to score against. Richie was voted Player of the season by his team mates and is the new Vice captain. Richie will be looking to help Gangies Defence stay strong in the season coming.
***************
A successful season for Richie Lewis, More strong performances saw him get third in the player of the season votes. Strong in defence and getting quicker, Richie also chiped in with the first Gangies goal of the season for the second season running and Also scored goal of the season with a great individual goal against the Wasses.  The defence has leaked more goals this season than it has for a while and Richie will be looking to put this right when Gangies start thier next campain.
***************
After winning player of the season in season 4, people may have thought that the best was over from Richie, But he showed this seaosn that the best is definatly still to come! his confidence on the ball is growing and he ability to take players on is one of his definate improvements. Richie will be looking to get some goals on the board next season, his effot going forward deserves more success and this is the time to do it!
***************
The last couple of seaons have seen a Dramatic change In Richies Apperance, Loosing 7 stone has seen his style of play change, Once a tank that hit everything and changed into a faster player who's reading of the game is improving.  His forward runs got him 9 goals in 13 games, he left the defence short on more than one occassion which cause a few bsut ups on the pitch, but his heart and head were defenatly working for the team. Richie missed the second half of the season due to personal commitments and no-one can tell when he will be back. Richie was only the 5th gangies player to reach 100 Caps.
***************
Richie has the most to gain from the move to the Thursday league.  this means he will be able to play pretty much every week.  This is th time for Richie to push Carl and Ashley for a starting place.  The partnership if strong and now would be a good time to show what he can do in defence with the strikers all doing what they need to.
***************
As sugested, Richie had the most to gain from Gangies Moving to the thursday league, Missing just 2 games all season.  With Carl missing, richie and ashley formed a solid partnership with Phil Pengelly in defence and had the second best defencive record in the league.  Richie has taken a Verbal bashing from Ashley at time this year but does not let it effect him and performes solidly on a regular basis.

Previous Team - N/A
Gangies Caps - 124
Gangies Goals Scored - 157

Awards
Player Of The Season - Season 2
Golden Boot - Season 3. 33 Goals in 19 Games
Golden Boot - Season 5. 31 Goals in 20 Games

A Very Confident Left Footed Attacking Player. Andrew Is able to link up with any of the other Gangies strikers. Hard working when at his best, Nelson will tackle anyone and will chase the defence down givng them no time on the ball.He can score from any angle!
***************
Andrews Had A Mixed Time With Gangies 694. He Started In Goals In The First Season But Soon Showed He Was Much More Valuable Player Out Field.
***************
Non-one Could Have Predicted Andrews Rise To Sucess In The Second Season, After Two Games Andrew Was Injured Away From The Football Pitch, Gangies Hit A Winning Streak And It was Sometimes Questioned Whether Andrew Was Needed.

After A Few Games Away And Having The Christmas Break To Recover Andrew Came Back Quicker Than What Some Thought Was Sensible, Including Team Captian Andrew Griffiths And Team Manager Ashley Pearce. But Andrew Was Not Going To Be Denined, He Came Back Stronger And Faster. Andrew Played In 11 Of The 22 Games, He Scored 18 Goals And Was Voted Player Of The Season!
***************
Another tough season for Young Andrew Nelson, again missing a couple of games due to a foot injury sustaind against eventual league winners Suger Free. Andrew snatched the Golden Boot from his older brother on the last day of the season scoring 5 Against Ten Left Feet and won the award by one goal.
***************
A solid fourth season for the young Nelson. Andrew scored 19 goals in 19 games coming second in the golden boot. Andrew scored some important goals this season showing that he can play up front with anyone of Gangies players...Andrew is taking Over as the Gangies Manager. As a Golden Boot Winner and A Player of the season. He now only need to show he can lead a team.
***************
Andrew Nelson Had a Very difficult season 5 off the pitch.The whole team gathered around to support him atthe time and he seemed to respond by scoeing goals. Non-one could have asked andrew to play better at time. scoreing 31 goals in 20 games This made Andrew the first Gangies player to win the golden boot on moe than 1 occasion.  Next season Andrew will want to carry the team forward as they try to improve on their final league standing.
***************
Due to several injures, Andrew only played 11 games this season, He managed to score 11 goals so people will be wandering what might have been if he could have made a few more games. Andrew is fit and ready for next season and will wanting to return to the form that saw him crowed player of the season in season 2.
***************
Nothing more than a cameo role for Andrew this season, However when he played, it didnt look like he had been away. Just 2 games played and only 1 goal scored, However his link up play was superub and he chased everything he was near. Andrews best moment came when he his the crossbar against JD sports with 3 seconds left on the clock. With Andrew back in swansea, next season must see more from him
***************
At the end of season 6 Andrew was the fourth player to get 100 Gangies caps. But not until half way through season 8 did Andrew get back into the swing of things, He played just over half this seasons games with 12 apperances and was fantastic with 22 goals, only beaten to what would have been his third golden boot award by Jaz playing a games less and scoring the same amount of goals.  Next season has high hopes for Andrew as he looks to close the gap on his brother and Andrew Griffiths for total goals.
***************
Season 9 was very simular to season 8. 10 Games played, 12 goals scored.  Andrew played a segment of the season at about 75% but would not let that stop him playing.  If andrew can play on a regular basis nest season, he could well score a number of goals.
***************

Oh Dear....Andrews Lost His Favourite Tree Again!!
